Return and Refund policy

All our products that purchase on our website come with Refund Guarantee. GIA SKINCARE will accept all refunds or replacement requests if the products are returned to our warehouse within 14 days of purchase. The product must not have been used, show any signs of wear and tear, and the packaging must not have been damaged. If the packaging is damaged in any way or if the product has been opened / used, you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement.

To process return and refund:

1. Email our customer service at info@giaskiancare.com.au with details such receipt of purchase, reason for refund or replacement, your name and address.

2. Return the product to PO BOX 486 Altona North Victoria 3025

3. Once the products arrive at our warehouse and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement request. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-7 days. If replacement request approve, your product will be ship within 48 hours.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that refund will not include the outward shipping fee and a restocking fee of 9.95 AUD will be deducted to the final amount you will be refunded for.
