GIA Skincare responsible to send your parcel within 1-7 business days to designated address according to your submitted order and send you an email to notify with the delivery tracking number. It is your responsibility to track the item via our website by clicking the ‘Track my Order. We suggest customers to access their tracking code if there is a delay in tracking and/or receiving your order. If the wrong address information is inputted into the checkout page when an order is placed on the website, and as a result, a parcel is sent out then returned back to us, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the product to be re-sent to the correct address.
GIA Skincare make no guarantee on your parcel to be delivery on time. Circumstances such as COVID-19 and or third party issue (Australia Post) may result in delay of your parcel which we has no control over. GIA Skincare is not responsibility for lost or unclaimed packages.
